After the completion of her Internal Medicine Residency in Brooklyn, at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center, an affiliate of Cornell University, Dr. Brar spent the next three years of training as a Cardiology fellow at University of California, Irvine. She then went on to specialize in Cardiac Electrophysiology at UCLA and now practices general cardiology with a subspecialty in electrophysiology.

Dr. Lee is board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease, Interventional Cardiology, Nuclear Cardiology and Echocardiography. Dr. Lee earned his medical degree from Drexel University, College of Medicine, then completed his Internal Medicine Internship and Residency at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center. Los Alamitos Cardiovascular is Recognized with Three-Year ACR Gold Seal Accreditation Renewal in Nuclear Medicine
Los Alamitos, CA -Los Alamitos Cardiovascular has been awarded an extension of its three-year term of accreditation in nuclear medicine as the result of a recent review by the American College of Radiology (ACR). Nuclear medicine is a branch of medical imaging that uses small amounts of radioactive material to diagnose and treat a variety of disease, including many types of cancers, heart disease, and certain other abnormalities within the body. The ACR gold seal of accreditation represents the highest level of image quality and patient safety. It is awarded only to facilities meeting ACR Practice Guidelines and Technical Standards after a peer-review evaluation by board-certified physicians and medical physicists who are experts in the field. Image quality, personnel qualifications, adequacy of facility equipment, quality control procedures, and quality assurance programs are assessed.
